What exactly is a Project, User, and Zone in StruxHub Deliveries?
A Project has 1 calendar and is associated with 1 team directory. If linked with Tracker, then a Project is associated with a single project schedule.
A User is invited to a Project by a designated Owner or Admin. A user is defined by a unique email address.
A Zone is an offloading location (or resource) that can be reserved for a delivery and positioned on a sitemap.
What are my payment options?
Teams can pay either monthly or annually. Once selected, we will invoice you with a standard 30-day payment term.
Can we change our plan?
Owners can upgrade plans any time during the term and downgrade for subsequent renewal periods.
How can we cancel our subscription? Can we get a refund?
Owners can cancel plans at any time. We don’t offer refunds for unused portions of a subscription, but do offer credits that can be used towards future projects.
