Tracking Data & Cookies: We use cookies and other online tracking technologies to understand visitor activity on our Site and Service, and to hold certain information about your visits to help improve your experience while using the Site and Service.

A cookie is a text file sent by a web server and placed on your computer by your web browser. Cookies can be divided into two different types: session and persistent. Session cookies differ from persistent cookies primarily in that session cookies are temporary and expire and are typically deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies, in contrast, remain stored on your computer after you close your browser until they are deleted either because they expire or you delete them.

You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, part of the Site and Service may function differently and not as well and you may not be able to use some portions of our Site and Service.

The types of cookies we use are:

  • Session Cookies. We use session cookies to operate our Site and Service and for security purposes.
  • Persistent Cookies. We use persistent cookies to remember your preferences and various settings.

On the Site and Service we may use “Strictly Necessary Cookies,” “Performance Cookies,” and “Functional Cookies.”

These cookies collect information related to your browsing sessions that are used to tailor your online experience, as well as for advertising, analytics, and improving the Site and Service. The cookie preferences you select relate to the following types of cookies:

  • Strictly Necessary Cookies: are necessary for the Site and Service to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. They are usually only set in response to actions made by you which amount to a request for services, such as setting your privacy preferences, logging in or filling in forms. You can set your browser to block or alert you about these cookies, but some parts of the Site and Service will not then work. These cookies do not store any personal information.
  • Performance Cookies: allow us to count visits and traffic sources so we can measure and improve the performance of our Site and Service. They help us to know which pages are the most and least popular and see how visitors move around the Site and Service. All information these cookies collect is aggregated and therefore anonymous. If you do not allow these cookies we will not know when you have visited our Site and Service, and will not be able to monitor its performance.
  • Functional Cookies: enable the Site and Service to provide enhanced functionality and personalization. They may be set by us or by third party providers whose services we have added to our web pages. If you do not allow these cookies then some or all of these services may not function properly.

Cookies are often used in conjunction with other Internet technologies, such as web beacons, to understand behavior on the Internet. For example, StruxHub uses cookies in conjunction with web beacons, which are small sections of code that we may place in our Site and Service to understand the number of unique users that have visited a specific web page.

We use session cookies in connection with our Site and Service, for security purposes, and to provide you with customizations of your experience, such as highlighting your recently viewed items, to detect and remember your region and language preferences, and track your activities on the Site and Service. We also use cookies that persist over time and ensure that you are directed to the correct regional version of our Site and Service. We may use the services of certain third parties in connection with these cookies.

None of these cookies are strictly necessary to access our Site and Service. You may reset your browser to refuse all cookies or to allow your browser to alert you when a cookie is set. However, certain parts of the Site and Service may function differently and not as well and you may not be able to use some portions of our Site and Service.  Unless you have adjusted your browser setting so that it will refuse cookies, our Site and Service will issue cookies when you log on to the Site and Service. For more information about how to manage your cookies preferences, you should use the “help” menu of your web browser or explore the customer support sections of your web browser. Please note that you need to configure each browser on each device that you use if you wish to opt-out or block some or all cookies.
